Short Description

  •  Serve the clients' needs and requests;
  •  Keep all conference rooms, lounge area and guests' washrooms tidy and clean;
  •  Set the telephone system to "Day mode" and "Night mode" when appropriate;
  •  Distribute collected documents and postbags to appropriate staff;
  •  Arrange postbags for mail on a daily basis;
  •  Arrange for purchase and refill of refreshments and stuff in the lounge area; and
  •  Apply for extra central air-conditioning when appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities
• Attend to clients' in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
• Handle overall reception duties and provide clerical support to the team
• Organize meals
• Arrange for purchase and refill of refreshments

Competencies

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate in any disciplines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in hotel front office and related services is an advantage
• Self motivated, creative and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Willing to work shift duties, weekends and public holidays
