Job Description

Acts as a service liaison between customer, and product. Runs day to day operations for a set of clients as per the client SLA.
Working directly with the client success manager to ensure a clear understanding of customer’s business needs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction as per the predefined SLA. Generate KPIS for senior management approval.

Lead job duties

  • Complete data processing and running the full production process for certain clients
  • Ensure that all data management, calculation, report generation and distribution tasks are clearly followed as per the SLA
  • Maintain current knowledge of all operating procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.
  • Work with remote teams to ensure certain tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct testing for application releases
  • Manage client communications on day to day operations
  • Ensure time and utilisation is captured accurately and in a timely manner
  • Report to management on status and progress of work and causes of work delays.

Qualifications

• Very good Excel skills (preferably including VBA)
• Language Skills: English (French or German is an asset)
• Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.
• Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently.
