Acts as a service liaison between customer, and product. Runs day to day operations for a set of clients as per the client SLA. Works directly with the client success manager to ensure a clear understanding of customer’s business needs and ensures that DFIN meets expectations.


  •  Ensure customer satisfaction as per the predefined SLA.

Lead job duties:  

  •  Ensure that all data management, calculations (if required), report generation and distribution tasks are clearly followed as per the SLA
  •  Maintain current knowledge of all operating procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.
  •  Work with remote teams to ensure certain tasks are completed in a timely manner
  •  Ensure time and utilisation is captured accurately and in a timely manner
  •  Report to management on status and progress of work and causes of work delays.

Key Requirements

  • This role is focused around regulatory reporting productions (PRIIPs-MiFID)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple. processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of solving technical problems.


• Language Skills: English (fluent)
• Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.
• Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently.
