The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for working with our SaaS Sales Team to provide support during and after the sale process. Responsibilities include reviewing daily sales subscription activity; supporting subscription management; liaising with Sales, Billing, Service Delivery and/or Operations; assisting with updates and maintenance to internal documents; and creating periodic and ad hoc reports. This position will report to the Director of SaaS Sales Support & Analysis.


•    Assisting SaaS Sales Team members with product-specific Salesforce queries
•    Monitoring daily activity for accuracy and completeness
•    Updating records due to change in client status or additional sales opportunities
•    Generating periodic and ad hoc reports
•    Developing a working knowledge of SaaS product, how our clients are utilizing the product, as well as how our internal teams support our clients and the product
•    Working with internal departments (Service Delivery, Operations, Billing, Sales) to research issues; provide support in obtaining additional information; as well as assist with creating and/or improving current processes.

•    Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
•    3+ years of successful experience in sales support, analysis, operations or equivalent

•    Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite 
•    Excel data skills
•    Experience using Salesforce CRM & creating reports
•    Ability to familiarize and learn proprietary internal systems quickly
•    Ability to learn and understand processes and workflows
•    Ability to research SEC filings
•    Excellent customer communication skills with high proficiency in speaking and writing
•    Excellent problem solving, and internal customer service skills
•    Highly organized with strong follow-up, documentation, and multitasking skills
•    Results driven with a dynamic personality
•    Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
•    Adaptable to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks
•    Ability to work in a team environment and independently
