Summary:
As a Service Delivery Representative, you will act as the key liaison between clients and our production teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers or those with up to one year of customer service experience who are eager to grow in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Principle representative between clients, internal teams and departments
- Timely, accurate and effective communication to both client and internal team to achieve high standards of client management and relationship-building
- Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, including managing timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and client standards.
- Identify potential risks, issues, or delays early and escalate appropriately to minimize impact on the client.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and service quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the company
Qualifications:
- University graduate in any disciplines
- 1-5 years working experience, preferably in client facing roles or hospitality industry. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with tight deadlines in a team environment
- Customer focused, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Organized and capable to work independently
- Requires working shift duties, including the overnight shift duties with shift allowance
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays if the need arises
