Summary:

This role combines client-facing engagement, data transformation (SQL/ETL logic), project management, and cross‑functional coordination across internal teams to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: 
•    Serve as primary contact for assigned client(s). 
•    Gather client requirements and workflow needs. 
•    Monitor processes across different teams and platforms. 
•    Update clients on job status, issues, and resolution. 
•    Present product offerings to clients as appropriate. 

 

Data Transformation & Quality Control: 
•    Translate client requirements into workflow instructions, mapping rules, and transformation logic. 
•    Create, review, validate, test, and troubleshoot data files using SQL/ETL logic. 

 

Project Management/Delivery: 
•    Coordinate with internal teams to uncover issues, determine root cause, and execute resolution. 
•    Manage and coordinate new client projects. 
•    Maintain a positive client experience throughout each delivery cycle. 
•    Develop or enhance documentation of functional requirements. 
•    Identify and contribute to improvements for recurring data workflows.
•    Ensure adherence to client and regulatory deadlines. 


Other: 
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

•    3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as strategic account management, professional services, project management, or post‑sales support, with a proven track record of client advocacy in complex B2B environments.
•    Experience in writing SQL queries and ETL logic. 
•    Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills. 
•    Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines independently. 
•    Proven ability to navigate complexity and change in processes and systems while remaining focused on client experience.
•    B.S./B.A. preferred; equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
