Short Description

The Financial Services Account Specialist serves as the primary link between Clients, Sales & Internal teams, providing detailed production instructions for active jobs.

  • Interacts with clients on specific jobs to ensure world-class service is delivered at every client touch point
  • Assists in production planning
  • Recognizes, manages and delivers service solutions on a day-to-day basis for specific jobs
  • Communicates job status to internal deal team to ensure continuous, smooth transition between shifts
  • Monitors job status and follows-up using internal systems (e.g., turn notes) to ensure client needs met or exceeded
  • Acts as a resource for clients regarding current regulatory news, products, service solutions, client/market business and internal DFIN capabilities
  • Maintains on-going client relationships
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the company
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • The ability to deal effectively and professionally with clients, preferably minimum of two years interfacing with clients
  • Ability to interact with multiple groups of people
  • Knowledge of print/bind and understanding of regulatory documents and process will be an added advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must possess analytical skills to help with the decision making process
  • Must be organized and capable of working independently
  • Flexibility to work overtime required
