Responsibilities:

  • Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities
  • Coordinate with respective departments for room booking request and enquiries
  • Meet and greet clients, maintaining accurate records of their arrival and departure times.
  • Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
  • Coordinate and organize meals for client in-house
  • Arrange for purchase and replenish refreshments for the client lounge
  • Document billable request during client in-house
  • Handle overall reception duties and provide clerical support as and when needed
  • Manage petty cash and perform reconciliation
  • Support event coordination, including internal meetings, client events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Monitor meeting room equipment (e.g., projectors, video conferencing tools)

Qualifications:

  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in hotel front office and related services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage
  • Self motivated, creative and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Willing to work shift duties, weekends and public holidays
