Summary:
Responsibilities:
• Handle clients’ document printing, scanning, and delivery; occasional external errands required.
• Manage ordering and purchasing of printer consumables.
• Assist front desk and CS teams with administrative tasks, including meal ordering and pickup for clients.
• Travel to other cities (e.g., Shanghai, Shenzhen) for meeting room setup and onsite document support.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
• Friendly, proactive, and hardworking.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Occasional outdoor duties required.
• No experience required; good English is a plus.
• Must be willing to work shifts, rotational schedules, weekends, and public holidays; overtime may be required (with allowance).
