Summary:

Members of the Technology Development Program (TDP) will work in multi-discipline teams within DFIN’s Information Technology organization in the following areas/roles:

 

  • Infrastructure
  • End Point
  • Security/Network

 

The Technology Development Program provides aspiring IT professionals with unique experiences that accelerate their business, technical and interpersonal skills development. Over the course of this three year rotational program, technology professionals develop their careers through a series of three twelve-month assignments strategically designed to provide diverse experience in DFIN’s business and technology. Members ‘graduate’ with the confidence and skills required to build a successful and fulfilling IT career at DFIN. 

Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology
  • Strong academic performance – Minimum GPA 3.2
  • Proven track record of simultaneously working on multiple initiatives 
  • Demonstrates excellent skills in oral & written communication, organization, team dynamics and prioritization of tasks
  • Foundational technical skills with the demonstrated ability to learn new areas
