Summary

Network Production Control is responsible for coordinating Composition Services with Customer Service and Composition Teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to the client by performing the following duties. Network Production Coordinators coordinate, assign, prioritize, track and expedite jobs to Composition teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of Composition Cycles.  Interface with Customer Services and Network Composition sites to ensure production and business goals are met.  Primary contact for Customer Service for resolution of issues. Provide information/reports to Leadership on request.

Responsibilities
  • Read all emails and complete all assigned training modules
  • Use the Capacity Monitor System (“CMS”) to schedule and monitor Composition cycles
  • Ensure QTA, Overnight assignments and helpout requests are scheduled to correct sites within department SLAs/guidelines
  • Evaluate Customer Service work orders and determine the appropriate Manufacturing Site
  • Respond quickly to all queries/requests using E-mail, Instant Messaging or Phone
  • Manage the NPC Group Mailbox according to established protocols
  • Create production plans to meet on-time delivery and client expectations
  • Partner with Customer Service to determine priorities and solve problems
  • Escalate priority jobs/Same Day EDGAR Filings (“SDEFs”) with Manufacturing Sites as needed to meet critical deadlines
  • Monitor jobs throughout production and provide updates to Customer Service on request
  • Monitor flagged/priority jobs by requesting status updates from Composition Teams
  • Manage resolution of issues escalated to NPC with appropriate escalation managers.
  • Manage Outages according to established protocols
  • Compile Composition data for Client FINRA requests, organize and return to Customer Service within requested deadline.
  • Create various reports using CMS, JobPro and OnePlace as requested by DFS Leadership.
  • Keep up to date with all assignment strategies/rules and execute to meet budgeted goals.
  • Use JobPro Hitsheets, JobPro Process Monitor, OnePlace, SENDD to manage work and provide accurate information
  • Learn PowerBI and its application for NPC
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as Document Services Specialist or Composition Specialists 2 or 3 or Composition Coordinator
  • Position requires changing shift hours occasionally
  • Position requires working overtime
  • Position requires working holiday shifts on a rotating basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Composition Process, Products and Services
  • Basic knowledge of Capacity Monitor System (“CMS”) and OnePlace
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Service Process
  • Strong skill sets in Windows environment and various software including Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Strong attention to detail
