Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Acts as a service liaison between customer, and product. Runs day to day operations for a set of clients as per the client SLA.

Works directly with the client success manager to ensure a clear understanding of customer’s business needs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction as per the predefined SLA. Generate KPIS for management approval.

           Lead job duties

  • Complete data processing and running the full production of share holder  reports for clients
    • Knowledge of the PRIIPS & MiFID II regulatory frameworks is an asset
  • Ensure that all data management, calculation, report generation and distribution tasks are clearly followed as per the SLA
  • Work with remote teams to ensure certain tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct testing for application releases
  • Manage client communications on day to day operations
  • Ensure time and utilisation is captured accurately and in a timely manner
  • Report to management on status and progress of work and causes of work delays.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all operating procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.

  • Proven track record of solving technical problems
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, attention to detail, results, and continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of investment funds and financial instruments.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple. processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Very good Excel skills (preferably including VBA)
  • Language Skills: English (French is an asset)

  Experience :

  • 1-2 years’ experience working within the funds industry or in a related role.
