The Regulatory Services Manager role calls for a highly experienced change agent and people leader. This position requires the manager to provide leadership to a 24/7 Regulatory Services team responsible for successfully meeting our clients' filing needs and performance targets, as well as overseeing the transformation of our filing services model into a SaaS-based system. As part of their duties, the Regulatory Services Manager will use data analysis to identify opportunities and drive improvements in processes and procedures. Additionally, they must have strong project management skills and demonstrate a successful track record of leading change initiatives, such as process reviews and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should possess superior communication skills, an ability to think strategically, experience dealing with ambiguities, strong problem-solving capabilities and robust experience driving continuous improvement through process optimization. This individual must also be able to effectively collaborate with other areas of the organization in order to ensure that any changes are executed seamlessly across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes KPI data and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement in team operations. 
  • Develops and implements strategies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability, while meeting team expectations. 
  • Collaborates with senior management to define business goals and objectives, create operational plans, and develop actionable long-term solutions. 
  • Monitors operational performance indicators, such as cost reduction initiatives, customer feedback, financial reports, to ensure alignment with company goals. 
  • Utilizes strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement in current systems/processes and recommend modifications or enhancements by partnering with Engineering and Product. 
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of best practices through continuous research on new technologies/trends that can be leveraged to drive performance improvements. 
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. 
  • Assists in identifying current and future development needs of employees, then creates and implements personalized growth plans that align with their professional goals.
  • Develops learning opportunities to address skill or knowledge gaps, such as seminars, workshops, online training programs, mentorship programs, job shadowing experiences, or other educational resources. 
  • Lead transformation of employee management from traditional software to SaaS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years in leadership experience, development of business strategies and a leader of people.
