Summary:
The Project Coordinator within the Language Management team serves as the primary link between internal and external partners, providing detailed production instructions for translation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with internal and external partners on specific jobs to ensure world-class service is delivered at every translation touch point
- Assists in production planning and project documentation
- Create and manage glossaries
- Communicates job status to internal teams to ensure continuous and smooth transition especially between shifts
- Acts as a resource for internal teams regarding current regulatory news and industry practices
- Maintain on-going translation partners relationships
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the company
Qualifications:
- University graduate (preferably in Translation or Language Studies)
- Experience within the industry would be an advantage
- Ability to interact with multiple groups of people
- Strong MS Office skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must possess analytical skills to help with the decision-making process
- Must be organized and capable of working independently
- 5 days' work week (Monday to Friday 19:00 – 03:00)
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend standby will be required
