The Manager, NetSuite and ISV Partnerships will be responsible for developing and managing strategic technology alliances with NetSuite, NetSuite ecosystem partners, and other priority software vendors as required.  The Alliances Lead will go deep in understanding the technology, strategy, direction, and product capabilities of assigned partners; help DFIN define and implement the best strategic path to maximizing the value of DFIN's platform for customers of the partner’s platform; support DFIN's GTM strategy development and execution; and actively evangelize DFIN in the assigned markets. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and go-to person for all things NetSuite in addition to assigned partnerships 
  • Encourage joint sales collaboration between the DFIN team and the NetSuite sales teams to drive bi-directional business  
  • Sell the value of assigned partners internally to DFIN sales team to ensure active collaboration and consistent lead flow 
  • Execute on a tactical plan utilizing Partnership and other company resources (marketing, sales, product, customer success, etc) to drive and influence net-new business 
  • Identify and produce high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners including office visits, sales team training/coaching, marketing strategies, SuiteWorld, trade shows, etc. 
  • Build relationships with NetSuite employees, executives, and partners to recommend DFIN to their clients 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the partner’s business, technology vision, and overall GTM strategies 
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at NetSuite and assigned ISV's to support DFIN's business goals  
  • Build business strategy with Partnership and DFIN executives on how best to work with NetSuite and assigned ISV's 
  • Take ownership of follow-up and next steps to capitalize on relationships with partners 
  • Work with the DFIN product team to comply with NetSuite technical standards 
  • Inform and direct DFIN employees on strategy, tactics and skills needed to drive a strong relationship with NetSuite and key ISV's 
  • Travel will roughly be 25-40% 
  • Any other duties or tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals 

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years in SaaS-based Technologies. Experience in a Channel/Alliances role is a plus 
  • Experience working in the ERP/accounting/financial management domain 
  • Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives 
  • Strong attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations 
  • Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets 
  • Commitment to self-improvement and success 
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation 
  • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
