Provide subject matter technical and customer assistance to clients on the implementation and configuration of new and existing customers, and supporting the Implementation Lead with Implementation tasks.


  •  Prioritize production requests and projects for specific client
  •  Provide application support for DFS applications
  •  Provide hourly estimates to clients based on standard support rate
  •  Pull and clean up billing reports monthly
  •  Generate Quick How to Guides
  •  Redesign for customer (Scope, Timelines, Action Items, product build)
  •  Sales Communication on any changes to expected Scope (new activity specs, etc.)
  •  Sales Specific Reporting - similar to APS (excel) but condensed (i.e. Scorecards)
  •  Manage internal ticket submission
  •  correctly (send back to XPP developers using APS)
  •  Track all client associated tasks and time into APS
  •  UAT Testing (for Product Release)


  •  Ideally have a bachelors degree in a finance or IT Related discipline
  •  Minimum of two years experience working in the fund industry
  •  FundSuiteArc knowledge – great to have
  •  Good understanding of general fund industry regulations
  •  Financial Accounting or Investment Management business knowledge
  •  Skilled at working in a team environment
  •  Requires excellent communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using 
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects
  •  Fluent in English or French
