The Accounting Clerk 3 will be a key member of the Finance organization, providing support for the Corporate Card and Expense Reimbursement programs and special projects.  This position will work in a multifunctional team environment and serve as an important resource for Inventory and other accounting areas.


• Corporate Card and Expense Reimbursement
- Auditing and processing of expense reports in travel and reimbursement application (Concur).
-Customer Service; communicating with employees via email and phone to resolve issues with corporate card or travel and reimbursement application.
-Ordering cards and managing credit limits in bank software.
-Assisting the administrator with corporate card delinquency management.
-Pulling reports from bank software on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.

• Support for Inventory Accounting
-Reconciliation of inventory transactions from Control Point software to SAP S4.
-Estimation of Canada farmout accruals.
-Monthly closing procedures.

• Backup for postage accounting

-Keying of postage details in billing system (Link).
-Reviewing and approving postage check requests.

• Support for transition to new systems and system upgrades.  Experience with ERP systems or other financial systems preferred.

• Other responsibilities and projects assigned by the management team.
-Offering suggestions for improvements of procedures and schedules.
-Partnering effectively with other departments for routine activities and special projects.



Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma.
• 3+ years of work experience in relevant accounting, operational or administrative support role.

• Proactive employee who can work both independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Excel.
