The Company

eBrevia (eBrevia.com) is a fast-growing subsidiary of Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), providing advanced natural language processing (NLP) technology and tools for law firms, audit and consulting firms, and corporations to automate the reading and summarization of legal documents. eBrevia’s products have a wide range of applications, including due diligence, contract and knowledge management, and lease abstraction.

What a Sales Engineer does

An expert Sales Engineer combines deep technical knowledge with fantastic sales skills. You’ll use your technical knowledge and understanding to help us grow eBrevia sales, and to respond to prospect and customer queries. Your customers and prospects will usually be attorneys, legal service provider staff, paralegals, and their technical support staff.

The goal is to assure the high quality of the sales process, to assist Sales and Project Managers, and to also ensure that RFPs and customer pre-sales information are delivered accurately, in a consistent and timely manner.

At eBrevia, we value independent thought and prefer candidates who have a strong demonstrated bias to action. Our ideal candidate for this role thinks like a manager and works diligently to partner with us to continually expand sales of our industry-leading machine learning product.
