You will be acting as the main contact between clients, internal teams, and departments.
Working to ensure that the communication between the above parties is timely, accurate and effective. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of local and international projects.



  • Assists in production planning
  • Interacts with clients on specific jobs to ensure world-class service is delivered at every client touch point
  • Recognizes, manages and delivers service solutions on a day-to-day basis for specific jobs
  • Communicates job status to internal deal team to ensure continuous, smooth transition between shifts
  • Monitors job status and follows-up using internal systems (e.g., turn notes) to ensure client needs met or exceeded
  • Acts as a resource for clients regarding current regulatory news, products, service solutions, client/market business and internal DFIN capabilities
  • Maintains on-going client relationships
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the company

  • Performance (Zero defects on filings and printings)


•    Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent work experience required
•    The ability to deal effectively and professionally with clients, preferably minimum of two years interfacing with clients
•    Ability to interact with multiple groups of people
•    Knowledge of print/bind and understanding of regulatory documents and process will be an added advantage
•    Strong MS Office skills
•    Must have strong communication skills
•    Must possess analytical skills to help with the decision-making process
•    Must be organized and capable of working independently
•    Flexibility to work overtime and shift rotation is required
