SHORT DESCRIPTION

WHAT WE DO

1.    Clients’ Document management for Prospectus in English(IPO, offering, Bond, etc..)  
2.    Supporting clients’ disclosure duty to SEC by assisting filings. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Principle representative between Clients, internal teams and departments : 
•    Timely, accurate and effective communication to both internal and external customers with regards to any filing with the SEC for all compliance work., 
•    Managing process for transactional projects including vendor management for printing and delivery within the deadline.
2.  Key support to the Sales team:
•    Client management and retention within the Japanese market

QUALIFICATIONS

•    University graduate
•    Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a similar field, preferably in financial printing
•    Proficiency in basic MS Office applications required
•    Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams in Japanese and English
•    Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with tight deadlines and effectively in a team environment
•    Customer focused, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to handle documents with detail, speed, and accuracy
•    Shift duty is required (with Shift Allowance)
•    Shift rotates monthly.  Shift examples :1st shift 8am-4pm, 3rd shift midnight-8am  
•    Weekend/Holiday on-call (once or twice per month, with on-call Allowance)
•    Willing to learn and improve skills
•    Able to adapt flexibly on occasions non-routine and require some deviation from accepted practice and procedures to complete.
•    Japanese nationality, or Currently residing in Japan with eligible residency or working visa.
